BEST RECIPE FROM CHILE EVER
eight servings 1C | 274 energy | four.3G Grease | 47.8G carbohydrates | Protein 11.6G

2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 medium onions, chopped
1 diced pepper
1 half of tsp. At sea salt tea
half of teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon floor cumin
2 tablespoons chili powder (mixture of spices, no purple chili powder or cayenne pepper)
1 half of cups cooked black beans, black beans and chickpeas (or 1 can of 15 ounceseach – drained and rinsed, discard liquid)
6 ouncesof tomato paste
28 ouncescan of crushed tomatoes
eight ouncesof tomato sauce
1 cup frozen corn
1 tablespoon of agave syrup or sugar

Directions:
fry the onions within the olive oil till tender
add the spices and prepare dinner one other 1 – 2 minutes
add the tomato paste and stir for 1 minute
Add remaining components and warmth for about 30 minutes, coated, over medium warmth, stirring sometimes.
